Ballwerk Berlin I

We play a double yellow dot ball: black, with two yellow dots.

Please bring your own ball if you have one, we will provide some of them onsite too.

We'll provide fresh Dunlop Pro balls on site.

World Squash rules. Point-a-rally to 11, and a game must be won by two clear points.

Minimum matches are set separately for each draw and shown when draws are published.

Best of three games: the first player to win two takes the match.

Finals are best of five: the first player to win three takes the title.

Two minutes to warm up at the start of a match, and 90 seconds between games.

Please arrive at 10:30 to warm up. The first matches start at 11:00.

Men and women play separate draws.

Places are limited: 28 in the men's draw and 8 in the women's. Once a draw is full, a place opens only when someone withdraws.

If a draw does not have enough players, we may have to merge the two.

As usual in such tournaments, we are short of referees - you might occasionally be asked to referee a match if you have spare time between your own ones :)
